In-Store Purchases
If you’ve made a purchase in-store and would like it delivered, we offer delivery for oversized items. Delivery charges vary depending on the product and your delivery address. For detailed information, please contact us directly.
We may wave the delivery fees upon settlement.
Online Purchases
We deliver online orders to locations across Montreal Greater Area* only. Items marked “Eligible for free delivery” can be shipped.
At checkout, delivery options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.
WE ONLY SHIP LOCALLY TO GREATER MONTREAL AREA* Item purchased from other not eligible location within Quebec Province will be shipped upon receiving delivery charges.
* Greater Montreal Are cover locations within the Main Island of Montreal (East to West, South to North), Laval and South-Shore (Longueil & Brossard)

Shipping Costs
WE ONLY SHIP LOCALLY TO GREATER MONTREAL AREA*
- Free Shipping on specific Accessories and Chemicals products are available for above $99 (before taxes, after discounts/promotions) carts for eligible marked items.
- For orders under $99, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery location within Greater Montreal Area*.
Oversized Items (Heat Pumps and Etc.)
Oversized products are delivered via our special delivery team. A delivery fee (depending on the destination) may be added to your order at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standards: Typically between 3–5 business days.
- Oversized items: Typically 5–10 business days by our Special Delivery Team.
Please note that we don't deliver to remote areas and should be requested and shall paid by customer.
Oversized Item Delivery
Oversized items are handled with care by our Special Delivery Team:
- Fitness equipment is dropped at the first dry location.
- Other oversized items are delivered to your doorstep.
- Customers are responsible for clearing and preparing the delivery area. Failure to do so may result in a canceled delivery.
The delivery team will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a delivery date. After delivery, the company will take photos of the items to confirm they arrived in good condition.
