The MOOV Inverter MI500 is a 50,000 BTU, high-efficiency, full-inverter pool heat pump designed for residential pools up to 14,000 gallons. It features variable-speed technology (20%–100%), allowing for 30%–50% energy savings, ultra-quiet operation (as low as 48dB), built-in Wi-Fi, and a titanium heat exchanger. It operates on 208-230V.

Delivery Times

 

  • Standards: Typically between 3–5 business days.
  • Oversized items: Typically 5–10 business days by our Special Delivery Team.

Please note that we don't deliver to remote areas and should be requested and shall paid by customer.

 


Oversized Item Delivery

 

Oversized items are handled with care by our Special Delivery Team:

  • Fitness equipment is dropped at the first dry location.
  • Other oversized items are delivered to your doorstep.
  • Customers are responsible for clearing and preparing the delivery area. Failure to do so may result in a canceled delivery.

The delivery team will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a delivery date. After delivery, the company will take photos of the items to confirm they arrived in good condition.
